Jhené Aiko's "Magic Hour Tour" at the Bank of America Arena

On July 7th, Jhené Aiko, a 6-time Grammy-nominated artist, performed at the American Bank Arena in Sunrise, Florida, as part of her first headlining tour in 5 years, called the Magic Hour Tour. The tour includes 27 stops across the United States, where she is joined by Coi Leray, Tink, UMI, and Kiana Ledé. The show celebrated feminine energy and positivity, which is evident from the start. Before the show, someone from Jhené Aiko’s team was walking around the arena with sage, which I found to be an interesting and cool addition I had never seen at a concert before. Jhené's set was breathtaking; it started with a spotlight on a giant flower in the middle of the stage, which opened to reveal the singer within it. Sure, here is the revised version of the text:

Jhené sounded amazing and had everyone in the arena singing along to every song. Her setlist was divided into four acts, and she also brought out Swae Lee to perform "Sativa." I had seen Swae Lee near the front of the house area before, so I wasn't entirely surprised, but it was still enjoyable to see them perform together. I first saw Jhené Aiko perform at Drake’s "Would You Like A Tour?" show in Miami about a decade ago. I distinctly remember the two of them performing "From Time" together, and then Drake left the stage while Jhené performed 2 or 3 songs by herself. Seeing her back then, commanding an arena alone, made it clear that she was a star. Seeing her as the main act in her arena show was fantastic because she truly deserves it. The presence of numerous women in support of her confirmed this, and for those looking for a date night idea, this is the perfect show to take your lady to.
