REVENGE WIFE COMES TO RECHARGE YOUR ENERGY WITH 'FANTASY GIRL'

With this statement, artist Liz Nistico, AKA Revenge Wife, welcomes you into her musical world. This May 19th her song ‘Fantasy Girl’ has come out, a well-charged pop music that will make you move your body, whether you want it or not. 

“‘Fantasy Girl’ is about breaking up with someone in the honeymoon phase, so they always remember the best version of you. It’s a cynic’s love anthem. Is it romantic to be remembered forever? Hopefully, the memory of me will eclipse my flaws”, she said. 

Nistico says that for this theme she took the dynamic of an anxious-avoidant relationship and added a dose of distrust of men's honest sexuality and the prevalence of pornography. 

This song shows an evolution in her songwriting and a commitment to the Italo disco vibe, though this time in English. 

Liz Nistico began her musical path in ‘HOLYCHILD’, a musical duo framed in the alternative pop genre, with elements of indie pop, electronica, and a strong influence of the art pop style. Their music was characterized by its catchy melodies, intelligent lyrics, and well-cared production. 

‘HOLYCHILD’ first came to prominence in 2014 with the release of their debut single "Happy with Me", which received considerable attention in the music scene. But not being able to release the music they wanted and at the pace they wanted, the project disappeared.
